From March to the end of November, the museum is open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Other hours and special tours may be arranged through the museum volunteer staff.
The entrance from the rear parking lot has a ramp on the museum’s main floor. Stairs lead to the basement, second, and third floors; there is no elevator.
Dedicated to showcasing the accomplishments of county residents who have made significant contributions to their craft through the arts, entertainment, sports, public service, etc. For example, we have an original puppet from the Creegan Company and a copy of the #1 hit song “Play that Funky Music” by the musical group Wild Cherry, among other memorabilia.
